I got the pipes today.

Here's what I have to say:

I don't care if you like classic motorcycles, or motorcycles at all. If you're a guy, you must love things made of metal. And If you do - you gonna LOVE these things. They are, for a lack of a better word - like a giant friggin' jewelery for guys (who like bikes).
Several pounds of liquid-like metal awesomeness.

The quality is truly outstanding. I took some pictures trying to capture the detail of the finish, the welds, the slim ad super-sexy silhouette and posted them on the Ducati.ms forum. Even the baffles and brackets are like small pieces of metal art.
I do not think I could find a better quality pipe. And I am positive you won't find one near this quality for a comparable price, period.
I am, in a word - SPEECHLESS!

I posted the same comments on the forum. You can quote me as a reference anytime if you care.
I love the product, I love the communication, I love the fast shipping, even the packaging was perfect.
I love you guys!

And this is EVEN BEFORE I got them mounted and singing the breathtaking Desmo symphony!

They actually arrived Thursday and I installed them today.  Your shipping agent is clearly very efficient.  From UK to LA in two days is remarkable.

The silencers are very nice. I am especially pleased that they are much quieter than other aftermarket BMW mufflers.  The sound is really very close to the original that I remember from when the motorbike was new

Just a follow-up note on the system I purchased from you for my Ducati Paul Smart.

I really can’t put in to words how incredibly impressed I am with the fit and finish of these pipes and silencers.  Obviously you folks at Keihan really pay attention to detail and quality.  I’ve seen a lot of different after-market pipes for the Sports Classics by Ducati but there’s nothing that can compare, in my opinion, in looks (very period faithful) and sound.

Thanks so much for designing and manufacturing such an outstanding product.  And thanks for being so easy to work with and filling my request with a minimum of fuss

Hello,

I have just received a set of your exhaust pipes for my motorbike (Ducati Paul Smart).  I would like to thank you for your service (4 weeks from order to delivery time to Australia – which is good) and the quality of your product.  Please commend the craftsmen that produce these pipes.  The quality is excellent.  The welding is superb.  The fitting was very easy with all the necessary parts available and in stainless steel.  Your product is much more superior to the original Ducati item and looks absolutely fantastic!  I am very pleased with my purchase but I am disappointed that your company does not stamp “Keihan, Made in England” on the pipes to advertise a quality product. Once again, thank you for such a quality product.

The Lanfranconi’s arrived last week and I fitted them on Saturday, and then braved the cold for a test ride.

I would like to say how great they are.  Great sound, great to look at, a perfect fit and beautifully made.

Hello John and all the nice people I have spoken to at your company.

I have to say you have been brilliant dealing with my enquiry regarding the GS exhaust 2 into 2 system.  The exhaust arrived today – I am jumping through hoops – it’s brilliant, far better than I had hoped for or pictured in my head.  I kept saying I wanted a shorter and up swept system – its just perfect for the style – its got that classic 80’s style with a sporty looking edge – obviously the front end not having a link pipe helps with ease of fitting and maintenance, the build quality looks excellent throughout I really am very very pleased I can’t run it yet as my project bike is still being put together in the workshop and there is a few months to go till I get her up and running.

So thanks for the help, advice and the exhaust.
